Product Description
This machine adopts third-order intracavity frequency doubling (THG) technology, which is compared with infrared laser. The 355NM ultraviolet light focusing spot is very small, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of the material and the processing heat affected zone is very small. Therefore, it is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and carving, especially suitable for applications such as food, pharmaceutical packaging materials marking, micropores, high-speed division of glass materials, and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers.
